How we use your data and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a survey or quote for the work you ask about. Where we pass your enquiry to an independent tradesperson so that they can quote, we only share what they need to contact you about that job. Under UK GDPR our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact with you and then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us as described above and we will respond within one month.

How to complain
